Our Crepes and some sauces contain Gluten. By omitting the sauce or changing the Crepe from regular to Gluten Free one can enjoy many of our crepes.
What you will need is a blender, Storage containers for batter if you intend to use later.
This recipe using a Ninja blender makes 80 Oz. of batter/ (3 sport mixing containers)
Gluten Free Crepes
16-18 Eggs Large
(Make sure no shells)
3/4 Cup Oil
1 3/4 Cups Gluten Free Flour
(Namaste from Costco)
2% Milk to top of blender edge
Blend 2 minutes on medium speed
Feel free to edit this recipe to your tastes.
Gluten free is hard to find out there.
Add Salt or Sugar and even vanilla.
This is a base recipe for GF Crepes.
